My visit started off well. but ultimately felt deflated. The staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed. Check-in took much longer than necessary. I had to ask multiple times for basic information about the hotel. Upon entering my room, I found that the minibar was not stocked. This was an inconvenience. It gave me the impression that preparations were rushed or overlooked. The overall experience felt disjointed from what I expected.

the pool was a great size and had a lot of sun beds. the spa was good. the breakfast was amazing!!! it included fresh fruit and juices. i loved the comfortable beds and decent sized rooms. i appreciated the lovely views of the mountain from the eighth floor.
